Scope
This user agreement applies to Orisweep and its file organization, device status and local security check features. This agreement does not replace the Privacy Policy.
1. Reading this agreement and your choices
Read the feature descriptions, permission prompts and confirmations before using the relevant functions. The released app must provide an appropriate opportunity to review and accept its terms. Accepting an agreement does not grant all permissions or consent to optional data processing or personalized advertising; those choices are made separately through the relevant prompts. You may stop using or uninstall the app. This agreement does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
2. Features and system limitations
The app displays files, storage, memory, battery, temperature and app information using data available from Android and the access you grant. Results vary with device, system version and permissions; unavailable information should be identified as unavailable. Cleanup and optimization suggestions do not guarantee faster performance, cooling, longer battery life or any fixed amount of freed space. The app cannot arbitrarily terminate other apps, override protected system settings or access private directories belonging to other apps.
3. File scanning, selection and deletion
File categories, cache detection and similar-file suggestions help you review files; they do not mean every candidate is safe to remove. Check names, paths, sizes and purpose, back up important files and manage only files you own or are authorized to manage. Deletion requires your selection and confirmation. The app provides no recycle bin or recovery guarantee. Completed deletions generally cannot be undone within the app, and cancelling further work does not restore files already deleted. Files in use, changed permissions or storage errors can cause partial failures; review the actual outcome.
4. Permissions and file access
You may grant access to selected folders or system permissions when needed and revoke access in system settings. Refusing or revoking access can make the related feature unavailable; it does not authorize unrelated permissions. All-files access remains subject to Android access rules. Storage permission does not provide access to private chats, passwords, payments or internal account information in third-party apps such as WeChat. You decide whether to grant access on system settings screens.
5. Limits of local security checks
The current version can perform local exact matching against included public malware SHA-256 fingerprints and display selected permission or risk indicators. Research sample fingerprints cover a limited set of known files; they are not a commercial antivirus engine or a complete, real-time threat database. Modified files, new threats and samples not included may go undetected. No match does not mean a file is safe, and a permission warning is not a malware verdict. Research data providers do not thereby endorse this product. The app does not guarantee detection of every risk. Use system protections and trusted specialist help for important security decisions.
6. Rule updates and network costs
You may manually request fingerprint updates from a public GitHub source over HTTPS. Updates depend on connectivity, source availability and validation; a failed update does not provide the latest rules. Offline checks use the rules available on the device. Local matching does not require uploading your files, file hashes or installed-app list. Download connections expose the connection information normally required by the network service. Your carrier or network provider may charge for data under your agreement with them.
7. Advertising and third-party services
The app uses Google AdMob ads and UMP privacy choices. Ads and third-party pages may use the network and process data under their policies, as described in the Privacy Policy and relevant service notices. Advertising privacy options let you manage available choices in supported regions and circumstances. Disabling personalization does not mean no advertising data is processed. Opening ads, downloading other apps or buying third-party products is your separate choice; check the provider and transaction terms. This does not remove responsibilities the operator has under applicable law.
8. Privacy, records and feedback
The separate Privacy Policy and actual notices describe personal data and third-party SDK processing. This agreement does not replace required privacy disclosures or consent. Scan-related records, allowlists and current feedback drafts are stored locally. The current feedback feature does not automatically send content to support or a server. Use the available record and allowlist controls to manage these items. Clearing app data or uninstalling normally removes internal app data, but does not restore deleted shared files or automatically erase data independently retained by third-party services under applicable law.
9. Acceptable use and third-party rights
Use the app on devices you are authorized to use. Do not use it to unlawfully obtain, delete or disclose data belonging to others, damage devices or networks, distribute malicious content or infringe the rights of others. Rights in the app, third-party components and materials remain with their respective holders. Open-source components and materials are subject to their own licenses. Restrictions do not exclude actions permitted by applicable law or rights expressly granted by open-source licenses. Scanning or displaying your files does not transfer ownership of their contents to the app.
10. Charges, minors and eligibility
The current version offers no in-app purchase or paid subscription feature. If paid services are introduced, prices, payment, renewal, cancellation and applicable refund terms must be disclosed before purchase with the required confirmation. Accepting this agreement creates no paid subscription. Minors should involve a parent or guardian in review, authorization and use decisions as required by local law. This agreement is not a statement that the service is directed at children.
11. Updates, availability and stopping use
The app and available features may change because of system changes, security maintenance or third-party services. Networks, device conditions and external services can cause interruptions or delayed results; the operator should take reasonable maintenance measures as required by law. Material changes affecting your rights or obligations should be communicated appropriately, with renewed consent where required. Updates must not retroactively remove statutory rights. You may stop use or uninstall, but doing so does not reverse completed file operations.
12. Responsibility and disputes
Each party remains responsible as required by applicable law. Feature limitations help you assess risks and do not exclude all operator liability. Nothing excludes or limits non-excludable liability, statutory warranties or consumer remedies. For a dispute, first consider contacting the support email listed in this agreement; you retain the right to seek a competent court or other lawful remedy if it remains unresolved.
